Congratulations Dr. Fumi Stephanie Hancock, DNP. for being selected as one of 12 nurses in the first Johnson&Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellowship! She’ll be joining creative, innovative, and inspired nurses across the country in programs and projects that will help them elevate the role of nurses on the global stage and become the healthcare leaders and innovators of tomorrow.

The Johnson & Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellowship aims to strengthen the leadership and entrepreneurial skills of inspired and innovative nurses to help amplify and integrate nurse-led innovation in healthcare.

In the two-year program, Fellows will receive individualized mentoring and will complete action learning projects, strengthening their leadership, entrepreneurial and innovation skills. Alumni of the Fellowship will serve as mentors and advisors to the program, alongside other experts from Johnson & Johnson.
